SHIPPING POLICY

Once you have made a purchase with us, we will ship your goods based on the method you have chosen. Please note that all PO BOX orders will be dispatched using Australian post. Please visit http://www.auspost.com.au  to check delivery and transit times.  Here at Tea Drop we use a third party shipping service provider, therefore we are not liable for any losses, damages (direct/indirect) or any added shipping expenses that may occur. Title and risk of loss shall pass to the client at the moment the purchased products are transferred to the third party.

PICK PACK AND DISPATCH

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 days of purchase. In the instance that you have chosen Express Post the order will be dispatched within 24 hrs using Australia Post. Please visit http://www.auspost.com.au  to check delivery and transit times. We process orders from Monday to Fridays only, not including public holidays.
