Oolong Tea

Oolong earned its name from a Chinese word that translates to ‘Black Dragon Tea’. Falling somewhere between black and green tea, Oolong has neither the rosy quality of black tea, or the grassy taste of green tea. This tea is most commonly brewed to a strong golden colour, and is typified by its robust and almost bitter taste that follows with a subtle sweet aftertaste. To produce this tea, the leaves are semi-oxidized and rolled into swirly shapes that unfold in your cup. This clear unique brew is sought after by many a tea drinker.
