How to prepare - Prepare tea bowl by warming it with boiled water. Prepare matcha whisk by soaking the tips in boiled water for about 10 seconds. Using the matcha spoon add one spoon of matcha to bowl. In a slow "W" motion, submerge any loose bits of matcha that maybe floating on the surface of the tea. Whisk the tea more briskly in a back and forth motion until the surface of the matcha becomes frothy. Consume immediately.
Matcha is best when stored in a cool, dark environment, away from any moisture, air or strong smells. To keep fresh for longer, store in fridge.
