How to make a Hojicha latte
Place 1 scoop (2g) of our Hojicha powder into a bowl and pour in a small amount (30ml) of hot water (70C) and whisk into a smooth paste. Trasfer Hojicha paste in to a pre-warmed glass. Steam 180ml of milk of your choice until smooth and silky (68C). Pour over Hojicha paste and enjoy.
