Covid - 19 Shipping Update

Due to the current lockdown and restrictions as a result of COVID-19, we’re sorry to say that there will be delays in the dispatching of orders. Coupled with the impact of Australia Post facing major delivery delays of their own, further delays are to be expected.

Our highest priority has and always will be ensuring the continued safety of our staff and customers. We will be adhering to our COVID Safe Plan and implementing micro teams to work on separate shifts to practice safe workplace. We promise to follow all issued health and safety guidelines, dispatching orders in an efficient yet safe manner.

What types of shipping do you offer?

We’re very happy to say we deliver to anything (residential, business, P.O. Boxes and most rural areas), anywhere in Australia. Unless you request otherwise we use good ol’ Australia Post as our preferred courier company. They’re reliable and have been doing shipping and logistics for yonks. If you are sending the parcel to a business address remember to always include the business name.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

It depends when you order. If it’s before 11AM local time we’ll process and dispatch the next day. Any orders after 11AM will be dispatched within 2 business days.

Posties enjoy their weekends and so deliveries from our Melbourne HQ will arrive between Monday and Friday within these following time frames:

Victoria 1-3 business days
Sydney 1-3 business days
Canberra 1-3 business days
Adelaide 1-3 business days
Brisbane 3-4 business days
Tasmania 3-4 business days
Northern Territory 5-10 business days
Western Australia 5-10 business days


We’d love for someone to be home when your parcel arrives. Please provide an address where you, or a friend who’s willing to sign on your behalf, will be. If you aren’t home Australia Post will be so kind as to leave a calling card. They’ll then take your goods to the nearest Post Office and you can make your own arrangements to pick it up from there. Another option is to receive the parcel unsigned. This is not recommended, and any damages or loss will not be our responsibility.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Sad face. We only ship within Australia for now.

How can I track my shipment?

Easily. We’ll email you a tracking number, which can be used to track the item online here www.auspost.com.au. If you have any trouble we can help. Email enquiries@teadrop.com.au with a copy of your order confirmation or call us on 1300 832 376.
