How long does your tea stay fresh?
The answer is…it depends on the tea. Because some of our blends have big chunks of fruit, chocolate and other great stuff, they don’t always stay fresh as long as our traditional straight teas. To keep your teas fresh, always store them in a cool, dry and dark place. Also, keep them well sealed.
As a guideline we usually suggest fruit and nut teas be consumed within six months from date of purchase, straight teas within three years.

Our pyramid tea bags are made from Soilon, a biodegradable plant-based material that is not plastic. These tea bags meet composability standards in Japan, Europe, and North America, but the manufacturer suggests commercial composting as a faster option.
