How to make a matcha latte

Matcha Latte
Ingredients:
1 tsp (3g) Matcha powder
50ml hot water (70°C)
180ml milk of your choice
Instructions: Place 1 tsp (3g) of our Matcha powder into a pre-warmed bowl. Pour in 50ml of hot water (70°C) and whisk into a smooth paste. Transfer Matcha paste into a pre-warmed glass. Steam 180ml of your choice of milk to 65°C. Pour milk over the Matcha paste.


Iced Matcha Latte

Ingredients:
1 tsp (3g) Matcha powder
50ml hot water (70°C)
100ml milk of your choice
¾ cup of ice
Instructions: Place 1 tsp (3g) of Matcha powder into a pre-warmed bowl. Pour in 50ml of hot water (70°C) and whisk into a smooth paste. Fill a cocktail shaker with ¾ ice and 100ml of your choice of milk. Pour Matcha paste into the cocktail shaker. Seal and shake. Strain and pour into a glass.
